Jacobson & Co. Realty was founded by Lorie Phillips, and originally named Heis Real Estate. Lorie built the framework for everything we currently are today, and she poured all her love of real estate and of people into starting a company who’s focus was on those she impacted. She created an affordable company for agents to build their business, and she spent her days teaching agents and taking care of clients to the best of her ability.

After 10 years of working with her daughter, Heather Jacobson, and teaching her everything she knew of real estate, Lorie entrusted the company to Heather so that she could go back to her original passion of taking care of buyers and sellers.

Heather has taken everything Lorie started and continued to build an agent-centered brokerage that helps agents manage their business and expand their knowledge and skill sets to provide a professional service, catering to buyers, sellers, and homeowners.
