We want you to hit the ground running on day one. When you join our team, we order everything you need to start your business with Jacobson & Co. Realty.

  • Your first set of 100 business cards are on the house! You can use these to get started, but feel free to create your own personal brand on the next set!

  • We have For Sale signs that are free to reserve and use on your listings. Agents are always allowed to create and purchase their own personally branded signs when they are ready.

  • You will receive a personal sign rider with your name and number. This can be used with our company For Sale signs or your own personal sign.

  • We use Skyslope for e-signing, turning in documents for review and managing your Commission Disbursements.

  • You are covered under the brokerage insurance. See the Policy and Procedures Handbook to review the terms of the coverage.

Heather Jacobson

I began my real estate career in 2015, and quickly moved around the country with my Coast Guard husband. I was licensed in Colorado, Louisiana, Connecticut, and now Florida. After relocating a couple of times, I opened my own Transaction Coordinating business and fell in love with developing systems and gaining knowledge from the incredible agents I partnered with.

Now running a full real estate brokerage, I have a desire to help agents grow into professional, successful sales agents, and to pass on all the knowledge I have gained from those around me.

I am passionate about business development and aim to see each agent we work with grow incredible, productive real estate businesses.
