Raising a family in Kentucky in the early 2000’s, we would vacation quite often in Northwest Florida, primarily Destin. During these visits to the beautiful white, sandy beaches, my wife and I fell in love with the area, and were convinced that we would live here one day. Fast forward 20 years and we have arrived. I launched my real estate career after many years working in the corporate world. Prior to real estate, I led a team of professionals in developing business relationships with company stakeholders and executing on mergers and acquisitions. 

My experience in this role taught me that building relationships is key, every deal is different, you must be flexible, and strong negotiation skills are needed to be successful. I have honed these skills over the years through buying and selling houses and investment properties for my personal portfolio. I have also prepared market valuations for businesses I have been involved in selling. My core values of honesty, integrity, and perseverance shine through in all situations.
